Publisher's Synopsis
Bad habits are a very common term that has been heard a lot lately at the moment. Together they have become one of the most pressing and large scale, or rather, global problems of our time. The struggle against them is by no means useless if carried out correctly and appropriate means are used to achieve this aim. What exactly is a habit? Is it a protest, a distraction from an exciting topic, a show of character, or just an unmotivated need? Many things about this problem need to be understood in more detail before giving a definitive answer. And it is best to start by identifying all kinds of habits and discovering their origin (after all, they do not accompany us from birth), as well as becoming aware of their impact on the victim and relatives, friends and acquaintances around them. What are the habits and how to distinguish them from character manifestations? They can be divided into two groups. The first includes the most harmful habits that eventually develop into disease: addiction to alcohol, tobacco, drugs and gambling. The latter is less dangerous and at first glance absolutely insignificant, but to some extent disfigures a person: biting nails, pulling hair (in rare cases, this turns into a disease), biting lips, banging fingers on the table or stepping on the foot of a chair, etc. More recently, the "status" of Internet addiction has been determined it is a disease belonging to the first group. But not everyone knows about it yet, and many doubt it. Other unpleasant "junk things" include the habit of constantly muttering something under your breath, nasty and unpleasant behavior at the table, messing up dirty socks, and biting your nails.
