This manual was created as an effort to inform and guide the reader in the operational and technical aspects of creating websites using HTML5, PHP, CSS, and MySQL. Once you have read this manual, you should have a good understanding of the "what" and "how" of this material. My name is Wes Senter. I am a Computer Scientist and have been working in this field for over thirty-five years.
This document was designed and written with the layman in mind. This manual is very intuitive and simplified for a beginner. I do not go into detail in this document. I designed this book so the reader can copy and paste working html, css, and php scripts while you follow along with this manual.
