Why We Wrote This Book
I'm unhappy with the medical culture in the United States because it focuses on treating the symptoms of the sick and does little to prevent the most common chronic diseases that are the leading causes of death and disability-which are completely preventable! If you don't have the knowledge contained in this book, you'll likely develop a chronic metabolic illness, and you'll be given prescription medications and likely told that it's part of "growing old" when, in fact, it is not.
