Saturday the fourth of March, 1815, was designated b* as a day for innocent amusement and recreation, in consec ratification of the Treaty of Peace, with Great Britain, found of perfect reciprocity and honorable to this Nation resolved t' having heretofore devoted all the means and energies in tht ofjust war, now hails the return of Peace and Amity and Con it is hoped will follow this gratifying event, and declare itsefi voted to the Maintenance of Peace and Friendship with th Great Britain. Always having had in view the sacred and l of considering in the scope of its authority, all persons ent in peace friends.'
