Publisher's Synopsis
Tia and Tamera are teenage African-American twins who were adopted at birth into different families. Tamera lives in an affluent suburb with her single father, a conservative businessman. Tia lives in the city with her single mother, an outspoken seamstress. When the girls discover each other at the mall one day, they persade their very different parents that they should all live together - with some very funny results.
Tia goes out on a double date with her mom, and Tamera agrees to go with the neighbourhood nerd. The girls clearly have something up their sleeve given their mysterious choices in new boyfriends.
