Life is never easy for the most powerful Exceptional. Ace's unit is still hunting the deranged serial killer, Cult. The psychotic Anti always seems to stay one step ahead of them. As her unit tries to focus on finding their suspect, a rash of Anti attacks plague the city, stretching the EED to its limits.
