Publisher's Synopsis
Worldwide, it is estimated that over 200 million people have thyroid problems. And of this number, the most common thyroid condition is Hashimoto's disease. It is a form of hypothyroidism in which the body's immune system attacks its thyroid gland. In other words, Hashimoto's disease is an autoimmune disorder, and the thyroid is a healthy organ that gets scared and damaged by the immune system. Many people live their entire life with the symptoms of this disease without being diagnosed. Thus, these people never enjoy a quality life by being the best version of themselves. People that are getting diagnosed are facing other issues, such as different kinds of misinformation and disinformation.
As a researcher diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease two years ago and dealing with the symptoms of it for over five years, I realized that by creating this book, I could help those struggling with this all-too-common form of hypothyroidism.
I believe the information provided in this book, based on my personal experience, can be helpful and ease the mind of people like me to a significant level.
