Publisher's Synopsis
The Handbook on the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Regulations is the successor to the Handbook on the Minerals Act, 1991, by J S Houston. It seeks to provide the text of the Mine Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996 interspersed with notes, which offer observations and directions to related provisions in the Act and other parts of the law. It also collects the regulations made under the Act and those relating to health and safety that were made under the prior law and remain applicable to mines.
