AS all of you know, we share joint jurisdiction with the House Agriculture Committee on the Export Enhancement Program. And when we originally considered amendments to the Agricultural Trade Act of 1978 in 1990, we held joint hearings with the Agri culture Committee to review the agricultural aid and trade pro grams.
