older. Physical activity is imperative for good health. Active people benefit from a
higher level of health-related fitness and are at a lower risk of developing many
disabling medical conditions than the inactive people. It is widely recognized that the
health benefits of participation in physical activity are not restricted to physical health
but also constitute mental components.
