Unbeknownst to the three friends, their turbulent beginning at the new school is closely followed by mysterious beings called Guardians. After Ben's life is saved by his Guardian, Aeryn, he is plunged into a world full of unimaginable wonders. However Aeryn must face the consequences of breaking the First Axis. Suddenly, the friends and their guardians are catapulted into a quest to save Aeryn and Highbury Academy is drawn into the mystical reality of the Guardian Realm - which brings all the power, magic. . . and evil. . . with it.
