Publisher's Synopsis
When the storms of life come our way, we often ask, "Why God?" or "God, why didn't you prevent that accident, or that cancer, or that heart attack?" Matt 5:45 says, "That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust."
One key to accepting this truth is to constantly be reminded of the fact that we have infinite minds that can see the here and now, while God sees and knows all. "O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!" (Rom 11:33). His thoughts and ways are far about our human minds. "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts" (Isa 55:8-9). We cannot expect to understand the deep things of God. "Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it" (Psalms 139:6).
"God Is in Control of Everything; but God Does Not Control Everything", sheds light on this very difficult subject. This author knows from experience and wants you to experience the, ".....peace of God, which passeth all understanding.....".
