Publisher's Synopsis
Sometimes it's not enough to get drunk and stoned at home. Sometimes a person needs to take a road trip; it's called being "well-traveled." For college friends Ronald ThornBrash, Pedro Sunderhaus, and Lisa Ngo, that means taking a spring break road trip to New Orleans. Taking place over three days in March of 2010, the trip was meant to be a couple nights of carefree partying until graduation, but the whole trip goes sideways for the gang. Ron's plans for the future go awry in one simple email; the normally sensible Pedro struggles to come to terms with moving away; and Lisa must deal with the fallout after getting caught in a lie. Joining the gang is Pedro's drug dealer, a nameless woman with her own, secret reasons for coming on the trip. Along the way, the four clash with tea party protesters, deal with bikers, and crash a wedding, but the greatest challenge for Ron, Pedro, and Lisa is, ultimately, the looming terror of adulthood.
