Ghetto Psychotherapy the work book, is a self-help guide. The sole purpose of it is to aide one in the area of self-esteem. Self-esteem is the esteem of ones self. There is no person, place or thing in life qualified to make you feel less than you should. God placed us here to be a help mate, not a doormat. Use this tool to reflect, document and build. It's for you and only you, and for your eyes only. It's sort of a diary or journal. If you choose to elaborate with others you can, but is not required. Lets do this ladies for ourselves as well as each other.
