It includes translations of the three further enactments: the Decree of the USSR Supreme Soviet on the procedure for introducing the Fundamental Principles into effect; the Edict of the President of the USSR dated 26 October 1990 on foreign investments in the USSR; and the fundamental principles of legislation adopted on 5 July 1991.
