Publisher's Synopsis
This workbook, Fun Cursive Handwriting Practice Workbook, offers practice writing with cursive handwriting. The words, phrases, sentences, and paragraphs are written about parent-approved topics that many kids (and even teens or adults) view as fun, such as visiting an amusement park or spending a day at the beach.
- The blank lines are a little narrower than standard children's practice worksheets. Why? Students who are learning cursive handwriting are generally more experienced with motor skills than young children who are learning to print. (Any teens or adults who wish to use this workbook may also appreciate this.)
- A chart shows the student how to write the cursive alphabet, and the early chapters offer practice with letters and words before the book gets into sentences and paragraphs.
- One chapter challenges the student to rewrite printed sentences with cursive handwriting. The last chapter provides cursive handwriting prompts. These chapters test how well the student has learned the cursive alphabet.
