Excerpt from Fourth Annual Report of the Secretary of the State Board of Health of the State of Michigan, for the Fiscal Year Ending Sept; 30, 1876
Resolved, That the thanks of this Board be tendered to the Board of Health of the City of Saginaw, for the prompt and courteous manner in which they have responded to the resolution of this Board asking for an investigation rela tive to the water-supply of that city.
Resolved, That the hope be expressed by this Board that the Board of Health. Of the City of Saginaw will continue its efforts until the Common Council shall afford the people of that City an abundant supply of pure and wholesome water.
