The Rules Of Order declared adopted by General Synod in 1887 for the government of its several judicatories in the Reformed Church in the United States were duly observed in the transaction of business. The Bar Of the House was defined to extend to the pillars supporting the gallery. The following are the hours determined for opening and closing the daily sessions, to wit: On motion it was resolved, That the daily sessions of Synod Open at 9 A. M. And close at P.
