Publisher's Synopsis
In 1692 a young Puritan boy named Raymond in Salem MA, comes across a dark secret, guarded by a group of witches who seek to rescue one of their own. Bracelets which make you immortal have been discovered; and the witches intend to wear them. Their intent is to rescue an ancient wizard named Sagatry, who has been locked away in an interdimensional prison for over 200 years. His sentence is for another 800, but in 300 years the door to the dimension opens. In November 1993 a lunar eclipse will dissolve the rock behind a waterfall in England, allowing entry into the dimension where he is imprisoned. Raymond steals the bracelets and while on the run, comes across a good witch who tells him the history of it all. She no longer wears a bracelet but begs Raymond to, who initially refuses. The witches eventually hunt him down and he dons the bracelet after all but is rendered unconscious, as he is now immortal. The power of the bracelet protects the wearer at all times unless under a full moon, so they leave him to wake and plan to kill him at a later time. His unconscious figure is then hidden away in a time capsule which will not be opened again until 1993, just before the eclipse..........
