Excerpt from Forest Laws of Vermont and Instructions to Fire Wardens and Others Regarding Forest Fires
Sec. 11, as amended by No. 16 of Acts of 1910. The sum of ten thousand dollars is hereby appropriated to carry out the provisions of this act between December 1, 1910, and June 30, 1911 and thereafter for like purposes the sum of twenty thous and dollars is hereby annually appropriated. The said board shall apportion the aforesaid appropriations between agriculture and forestry as in its judgment shall best subserve the interest of the state.
Sec. 12. Sections 283, 330, 331, 332, 333 and 6165 of the Public Statutes, and all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed.
