Publisher's Synopsis
The 2011 field season marked the Northeast Temperate Network (NETN) Inventory and Monitoring Program's second year of repeat sampling in forest monitoring plots, and now half of all forest plots have been sampled twice. This report contains an ecological integrity scorecard for parks that were sampled in 2011 that include Acadia National Park (ACAD), Morristown National Historical Site (MORR), Roosevelt-Vanderbilt National Historic Sites (ROVA), and Weir Farm National Historic Site (WEFA). Additional sections cover all NETN parks monitored for forest health, including an analysis of forest soil chemistry and a power analysis of key forest metrics.
