We've all been blessed with the innate ability to create. However, it can be hard to find time to when we're fighting to fit in and survive in a society that inundates us with distractions.

This book is an invitation to take time with ourselves for ourselves, to journey through ourselves to ourselves, and to create a world and a life that we each and all love.

For years, I forgot what it felt like to fully free myself and even to truly be myself, denying what made me different and succumbing to the standards set around me. Then, life gifted me with a reality check that forced me to reflect on:
