The changes fix the ration rate of sugar for the individual at 15 pounds per with last year's ration of 24 pounds per person. Sugar for all forms of civilian use will drop to pounds, in comparison with 89 pounds last year. This includes sugar for home canning, sugar in commercially canned goods, bakery products, soft drinks, candy and other products.
