Was held in' the library of the Y. M. C. A., Monday, November 12th, 1888, at 4 pm. Mr. Hamilton Cassels presided; Rev. Hugh Johnston read the Secretary's report, which was adopted; Mr. S. R. 'hart read the Treasurer's report, which was also adopted. Rev. D. J. Macdonnell and the Rev. Hugh Johnston both spoke encouragingly of the work, and of their sympathy with it.
