When American news producer Le An MacDonald lands in Ireland, she never imagines she's about to stumble onto an ancient missing person's case-or that she'll discover clues to help solve it when she moves on to her next assignment in the Middle East. There she joins forces with Jeremy Hilson, an unorthodox British archaeologist hired as her consultant, who inspires her to dig deeper for truth. Unfortunately, Jeremy's comments also succeed in angering members of Le An's crew. Then he disappears in the middle of a live broadcast. As Le An tries to discover what happened to Jeremy, she realizes she needs to stay one step ahead of two back-stabbing friends who are sabotaging her work. But it isn't until she lands in Britain and teams up with Scottish reporter Hugh Rose that she finally figures out what happened to a missing princess-and how a nation mysteriously vanished.
