The second volume contains information about the navies of Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Manchukuo, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Siam (Thailand) and Soviet Union (the beginning of the chapter).
