Publisher's Synopsis

Documentary which follows the production of Mozart's comic opera, 'The Marriage of Figaro', in two separate schools on two separate continents. The Louisville School of Music in Kentucky and the Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice have long had a successful exchange program, but the decision to do a joint production of 'The Marriage of Figaro' would bring them even closer together. Director, Dan Schaefer, travels between the two schools and gives a unique look behind the scenes of both departments, following the crews from the beginning of their planning to the actual performances themselves.
