They are late poems, the last of a productive period, then the pain took over and I kept silent: these were happy years, with many dreams almost fulfilled, then the family dramas, the big problems related to the children moved towards the future the achievements. The next decade led me to re-enter the struggle and poetry was not a suitable weapon for my battles at this stage: I returned to the war against imbeciles, crimes, scoundrels and liars, but not with poetry, but a storm journalism.
