It contains the recent amendments to Rules 106, 615, and 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence, which took effect in December 2023. Also this year's edition includes five new amendments that will take effect on December 1,2024. The rules amended are 613, 801(d)(2), 804(b)(3), and 1006 as well as new rule 107. This edition of the pamphlet was prepared by Professor Daniel J. Capra, the Reporter to the Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Evidence Rules.
