Publisher's Synopsis
When a mining company with a licence to drill Coal Seam Gas wells moves next door to Steph's small rural property, she is driven from her home. Looking for a new way of life, she accepts a position as a tutor on an isolated Queensland property. Steph's life takes some unexpected turns and she finds herself in a relationship with her boss's brother, Nick. The relationship is not without complications, but when all seems to be going well an insurmountable problem arises. Nick, shattered by what he thinks is Steph's betrayal, ends their relationship. Steph is devastated by Nick's lack of trust and once again moves to a new location. Eventually, Nick realizes that he has jumped to the wrong conclusion and he sets out to find Steph. Can he convince her to give him another chance, or is it too late?
