Kyrie is devastated when Khelani takes the bullet meant for him, and he's out for blood. In the hospital, Khelani gets some news that neither of them are expecting and for Kyrie, life begins to change. Khelani is still the same stubborn woman that he fell for, and her unwillingness to change frustrates Kyrie to the point of giving up. He's tired of fighting for something that she obviously doesn't want. In the midst of drama with Khelani, a tragedy strikes Kyrie's family that leaves him full of regret and broken.
