Publisher's Synopsis
Secrets unfold in the small town of Smelterville, Idaho. Becca, a recent college graduate has returned home thinking the biggest challenge would be finding a job. One warm day while on a hike with her boyfriend Paul and her life is changed forever. Paul and Becca would encounter their first Vampire, it would be Paul's last. Becca was in for another shock in the short period beyond losing her boyfriend. Her parents thought it was the right time to tell her that they are part of a huge Vampire slayer family.
Becca joins her parents for the fight against the Vampires in hopes to find Paul and get revenge on the vampire that took him from her. She finds that this Vampire, Max, is now stalking her. She waits for the perfect time to make her move or will she wait too long as Max is planning a huge war against the slayers. He continues to watch and learn as he studies her and her family to better his odds when he unleashes.
A huge part of her newfound family and friends will play a huge part including Nika, a hybrid vampire/wolf, that has extended knowledge of both sides of the mythical creature world. Will Becca's reunification with her old pack be succesful enough to overcome Max's plot? She is determined to fight the underworld and whatever Max may throw her way without falling hard for him.
