Publisher's Synopsis
A set of eight studies on aspects of Christian ethics: Justice and Injustice; Rights; Non-Violence and Non-Retaliation; Moderation; Honesty; Humility; Purity; Faith and Love. Jesus and the early Christians showed great perception in leaving us broad, general principles which are capable of application in the many different contexts that Christians have found themselves in over the centuries. Part of the moral uncertainty that we experience today stems from losing sight of these ideals. The studies seek to bring the participants back to these basic principles and the virtues which form Christian character. The course offers an opportunity for Bible Study and the consideration of other sources as well.
