Covid 19 is characterised by an epidemiological evolution in successive waves. We conducted a descriptive, retrospective, monocentric study in the emergency and intensive care unit of the Habib Thameur Hospital in Tunis, over a period of six months. We included patients with a critical COVID 19 infection who had been hospitalised for more than 48 hours, were over 18 years of age and required non-invasive ventilatory support.
