Skillet meals, hearty beef salads and casseroles are my favorite go to weeknight dinner. Skillet meal and casserole recipes often a wide variety of taste for everyone to enjoy. I keep main dish salads prepared in the refrigerator. We eat salad as a main meal at least 5 times a week if not everyday. Main dish salads are a great way to get your family to eat vegetables but also include the beef they love.
