Jett Black is a menace to everybody's hood, and Angel Blade is her best friend, they are both, just fifteen years old, and two of the nosiest hoodrat ghetto chicks from Parkwood Projects. Home of the roaches and rats, this is the city's worse housing project's where you could buy crack and get sex from any building. Almost everybody lives for free. I mean zero rent, they give these bitches a utility check to pay the bills, but them real good section 8 living bitches, brought weed or crack with it. This run down crack project should be knocked the down! Jett and Angel, they are always fighting and gossiping. They knew what went on in everybody's damn apartment.
