Publisher's Synopsis
The Congress of the European Brewing Convention, held every two years, draws together brewers from all over the world to exchange ideas on many aspects of commercial brewing. The papers presented in these proceedings provide a unique review of scientific research and the application of technology in the fields of brewing and malting. Papers are published in the same language as the original presentation but each carries a summary and a list of descriptors in English, French and German.
