This book is dedicated to HIFZ students who may struggle with vocabulary skills after completing their memorization of the Quran and transitioning directly into Year Nine and Ten. Understanding that these students might not have a strong English background, I have included meanings in Urdu to make it easier for them to grasp and memorize words and idioms.
The book offers a unique approach to learning, with simple definitions accompanied by Urdu translations. For each word, I've provided five synonyms with their Urdu meanings, along with sentences demonstrating how to use these words in context. Additionally, I've included the Urdu translations of these sentences to help students improve their sentence-making abilities. At the end of the book, you will find eighty idioms to enrich their vocabulary even further.
This resource not only aims to enhance English vocabulary but also supports the development of Urdu language skills. Through the five hundred carefully selected words, students can actually learn around four thousand words, as the Urdu translations will reinforce their understanding.
The book also includes verb forms and tenses, providing a solid foundation for creative writing. While English grammar is vast and complex, this book focuses on essential elements to help students embark on their writing journey without feeling overwhelmed by heavy texts.

یہ کتاب خاص طور پر حفاظ طلباء کے لیے تیار کی گئی ہے جو قرآن پاک کی تکمیل کے بعد جب براہ راست نویں اور دسویں جماعت میں شامل ہوتے ہیں تو انہیں انگریزی الفاظ کے ذخیرے میں کمی کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ چونکہ ان طلباء کی انگریزی زبان میں مہارت عام طور پر اتنی مضبوط نہیں ہوتی، اس لیے میں نے اس کتاب میں الفاظ اور محاورات کے ساتھ ساتھ ان کے اردو معانی شامل کیے ہیں تاکہ وہ آسانی سے ان کو سمجھ اور حفظ کر سکیں۔
یہ کتاب ایک منفرد طریقہ پیش کرتی ہے جہاں ہر لفظ کا سادہ مطلب اردو ترجمے کے ساتھ دیا گیا ہے۔ ہر لفظ کے ساتھ پانچ مترادفات بھی فراہم کیے گئے ہیں، جن کے اردو معانی بھی ساتھ شامل ہیں، اور ہر لفظ کو جملے میں استعمال کرنے کا طریقہ سمجھانے کے لیے ایک جملہ دیا گیا ہے۔ اس جملے کا اردو ترجمہ بھی دیا گیا ہے تاکہ طلباء کو جملہ سازی کی صلاحیت میں مدد ملے۔ کتاب کے آخر میں 80 محاورے بھی شامل کیے گئے ہیں جو طلباء کے ذخیرہ الفاظ کو مزید وسعت دیں گے۔
یہ کتاب نہ صرف انگریزی کے ذخیرہ الفاظ میں اضافہ کرتی ہے بلکہ اردو زبان کی مہارت کو بھی بہتر بناتی ہے۔ پانچ سو منتخب کردہ الفاظ کے ذریعے طلباء چار ہزار کے قریب الفاظ سیکھ سکتے ہیں کیونکہ اردو ترجمے ان کی سمجھ کو اور مضبوط کریں گے۔
اس کتاب میں افعال کے مختلف زمانے اور ان کی شکلیں بھی شامل کی گئی ہیں تاکہ طلباء کو تخلیقی تحریر کے لیے ایک مضبوط بنیاد فراہم کی جا سکے۔ اگرچہ انگریزی گرامر بہت وسیع اور پیچیدہ ہے، اس کتاب کا مقصد صرف بنیادی عناصر پر توجہ دینا ہے تاکہ طلباء بغیر کسی دباؤ کے اپنی تحریری سفر کا آغاز کر سکیں اور بھاری نصوص سے گھبرائے بغیر خود اعتمادی کے ساتھ آگے بڑھ سکیں۔
