You'll find that by coloring in the flow, shapes will spring forward, and color will relax and ease your mind. You will enjoy more than 30 serendipitous doodles that can be colored with colored pencils, fine markers, gel pens, and watercolor pencils. No worries if you haven't colored since grade school or without your grandchildren. Many will begin by selecting 2-5 colors and beginning at the place that stands out or catches their eye. It's good practice to let go of the need to do it right or just the right color and simply shade, contour and define areas of interest. By letting it flow, layering, shading and blending of colors using varying pressures you'll find your own style. Your own personal touches will release tension and ease daily stress that accumulates, often times without our even knowing it. The Essence of Letting It Flow was born out of Sarah's morning quiet time when she found herself picking up a sketchpad and making a decision to just let go and have fun creating. Drawing opened up a whole new world to Sarah and you can tap into it by coloring without the need to know what it is or that it be all neat and tidy. Life gets messy and doesn't always make sense so let your imagination be stirred up, curiosity tempted and you too may find yourself experiencing the essence of letting it flow as you enhance each page with color.
