Publisher's Synopsis
Though equal opportunity research in the military has flourished for over two decades, this issue of Military Psychology is the first time that a special issue of a journal has been devoted specifically to this topic. This special issue and the nature of its four articles attest that military equal opportunity research is alive and well. As the make up of both the U.S. labor force and the military continues to become increasingly diverse in the 21st Century, the need for research within this framework will undoubtedly increase.
