In her introduction to the Acta Ramsey discusses the bishops, the episcopal estates and cathedral churches, the bishop's households, administration and pastoral provision, and the documents themselves. Appendices include itineraries of the bishops, references ot the acts of the bishops, and a chronology of the dignitaries and canons of Wells, 1061-1205.
