About The Author: Dr. R. Kesavan Dr. R. Kesavan is currently a senior faculty in Department of Production Technology, M.I.T. campus, Anna University, Chennai. He obtained hsi Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy and Masters degree in Production Engineering from M.I.T. campus, Anna University, Chennai. He also obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Department of Management Studies, Madras University, Chennai and obtained his Ph.D. degree from Anna University. He has published a number of papers at national and international levels. He has more than ten years of industrial experience and fifteen years experience in teaching Process Planning and Cost Estimation, Management Studies, Production Engineering, Financial Accounting and Industrial Economics. He has written books on Principles of Management and Process Planning and Cost Estimation. C. Elanchezhian C. Elanchezhian is currently senior faculty in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai. He obtained his Bachelors and Masters degree in Production Engineering form Annamalai University. He has more than eleven years of experience in teaching Process Planning and Cost Estimation, Manufacturing Sciences, Statistical Quality Control and Reliability Engineering, Engineering Graphics and Design Subject. He has written book on Design of Jigs, Fixtures and Press Tools Production Technology, Engineering Technology Metrology, Principles of Management, Machine Tools, Process Planning and Cost Estimation and Manufacturing Technology.
