You need to learn how to take care of yourself and make informed decisions.
Every time you feel rage, frustration, sadness, fear or kicking, allow yourself to experience and feel it. If you feel sad, think about what makes you sad and carefully observe that emotion. Allow your sadness to increase in intensity, upset you from within, and ruminate on the bad memories you have. Make sure to do it very calmly and without paying heed to a strong reaction.
If you stay put and just look at your emotion cautiously, you will slowly feel better as the emotion will subside after a few moments. Remember, an emotion fade away if you allow it too. You are responsible for holding up to excessively long and turning into something bigger.
