From The Embracing Layers Network Founder Melissa Crook: My passion is normalizing conversations for women surrounding self-care, emotional health, boundaries, and embracing all of our beautiful and complex layers. Our team recognizes the barriers that women face, particularly our sisters in other marginalized communities. This has compelled us to create a safe space for these conversations, and host guests that are interested in coming along with us to support, learn, and grow. The F.E.E.L Podcast is for women who are looking for a supportive and authentic space to go on this journey together and we hope this book provides an entry point and invitation for those who prefer the written word.
