In this video Kenneth C. Morgan, PE will discuss the value of effective water distribution system programs. The focus of this presentation is to identify the importance of developing, implementing, and maintaining water distribution system programs that provide value to the system. Also, identifying areas for consideration that aid an agency in providing these effective programs and the benefits of these programs and their use as a tool to enhance an agency's ability to perform the work necessary to maintain their systems.
