A perspective drawing is\one in which we have the relative heights and distances of different parts according to the angles and distances at which they stand in reference to the observer. If the student understands the principles by which a square or cube is correctly placed in perspective, he can, with little difficulty, make a representation of more complicated objects in their true pro portions.
