I have the honor to submit herewith, in compliance with General Laws (tercentenary Edition), chapter 54, section 133, as' amended, a report of the number of registered voters at the dates of the last city and town elections, and the total number of persons who voted at each such election in every city and town, and in every voting precinct therein, and the number of votes received by each candidate for nomination and for election for a State Office in the year 1959, together with other information relating to elections.
