Vorliegende Schrift des im Jahre 1863 gestorbe nen Professor Dr. Beer schliesst sich seiner von Pro fessor Pl�cker im Jahre 1865 herausgegebenen "ein leitung in die Electrostatik, die Lehre vom Magnetis mus und die Electrodynamik an, worin sie auch vorlaufig angek�ndigt wurde. Nachdem im vorigen Sommer auch Pl�cker durch den Tod den Wissen schaften entrissen worden, fiel _die Herausgabe dem Unterzeichneten allein zu, der auch bei jenem fr�her erschienenen Werke vielfach betheiligt war.
