This book is to analyze the policies that affect most in motivating employees and the policies that needs to be improved in mid-size software organisations. The study was based on the descriptive research design. The sampling design being used here is Non-Probability sampling technique. The sample size 100 has been used. Multiple choice questions have been chosen to collect the responses from 100 employees.Thus this report seeks to utilize primary research, through structured questionnaires and secondary method involves data collection through magazines and websites.
