Ethical behaviour is described as behaviour that goes beyond self-interest and serves the common good. Thus, self-sacrifice is regarded as an essential component of the human spiritual philosophy and as the basis for ethical decisions. This research was conducted to analyze the impact of Self-sacrificial leadership on the Organization Social Capital in Pakistan. Drawing on the principle of Social Exchange Theory, we further argue that self-sacrificial leadership through Organizational Social Capital in terms of Organizational Creativity (OC), Organizational Efficiency (OE), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Organizational Counterproductive Behavior (CPB). Empirical validity was developed by performing a survey using a completed questionnaire. Structural equation model (SEM) was used to test the study hypothesis, while the testing was carried out using Smart PLS software. The study finds out that in Pakistan, Organizational Social Capital positively impacts on Organizational Creativity, Organizational Efficiency (OE), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Organizational Counterproductive Behavior (CPB).
